New spot hits Silverlake….mini-mall?
Drive by too fast and you might miss it, but last night Jana and I experienced what might be one of the best restaurants in Silverlake. Located in a mini mall on the corner of Hyperion and Griffith Park Blvds. all I can say about the new SiLa Bistro is YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
I could’ve ordered one of almost everything on the menu but Jana and I opted to share the goat milk ricotta ravioli with arugula and beets ( a MUST try) and the chicken breast that came with asparagus and wild mushroom bread pudding (or a stuffin’ muffin as our waiter referred to it)…we called it delicious! and gone in about 5 minutes.
Still on my list to try are the short ribs and the mini Kobe burgers (served with onion rings that looked amazing)… Go here before word gets out!!!
